Blackfish will accept returns from orders purchased directly through Blackfishgear.com within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new saleable condition with hangtags attached in order for the items to be accepted. To start the return process, please fill out the return form at the link below for a return material authorization number. You will need to show your proof of purchase during the return process. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, and a restocking fee may apply once the product is received.
Sale products are sold as final sale and not able to be returned or exchanged.

Blackfish is a premium brand of apparel and we stand behind our work. Our warranty policies cover manufacturer defects for products purchased through a certified Blackfish Dealer, or product purchased on our website at blackfishgear.com.
Blackfish Gear covers manufacture defects for products purchased through a certified Blackfish Gear dealer. We will only issue warranties to the original owner. Warranties will not be honored without original receipt of purchase. We will repair or replace at our discretion any product found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect within the specific products’ warranty time period.
Warranty repairs will be made without charge by a Blackfish authorized repair facility only. Transportation/shipping charges to Blackfish or authorized repair shop, are the responsibility of the customer. All other obligations or liabilities, including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss, and consequential damages are hereby excluded.
*Blackfish Gear reserves the right to change product models, features, and designs without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of the dealer or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Warranties will not be honored without original receipt of purchase and images of the damaged product. The warranty is not transferable. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and continues for the consecutive period thereafter. - Normal wear and tear
- Improper care or handling of product or negligence/damage of product

Normal wear and tear of a product is not covered under our warranty policy. Throughout time even with proper handling and care, products may begin to show wear and have a natural breakdown. Examples of normal wear and tear include but are not limited to: products becoming thinner, showing stains or scratches/abrasions, discoloration, or loss of the DWR coating or laminate that causes a decrease in the garments waterproofness. These occurrences are all considered normal throughout the lifetime of a garment and because of this, these issues are not covered under our warranty policy.

Warranty Procedure
Fill out the warranty form online on the Blackfish website. Make sure to complete all fields of the warranty form and submit your receipt. Using clear and identifiable images showing the issue along with a clear image of the receipt will expedite the warranty process.
You will be notified via email or phone if your warranty is approved or denied, if approved the next steps will follow. Customers ship the defective product back to Clam Outdoors or to our approved repair shop at the customers' expense. A return authorization number will be issued to the customer within two business days. Once the authorization number is received, please send the affected garments for inspection. Customers must clearly put return authorization number on the outside of the box and place a printed copy of your warranty claim submission with their affected products. Blackfish Gear will repair or replace the item based on our sole discretion. Blackfish Gear will return the repaired/replaced product to the customer at Blackfish Gear expense.

Blackfish reserves the right to determine whether the product will be repaired, replaced or returned. Blackfish Gear will repair or replace the item based on our sole discretion.
